SRINAGAR, Oct 26: Government today assigned the charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Cooperative Department to Shaleen Kabra, Commissioner Secretary, Agriculture Production Department.
Mr Kabra will take over the charge upon the superannuation of Dr S M Fazullah on October 31, 2012.
Meanwhile, Government ordered posting of IAS officer of 2011 batch Bhupinder Kumar as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Zanskar vice Urgain Loondup, who will report to the General Administration Department for further orders of posting.
Bhupinder Singh will also hold the charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer, Zanskar Development Authority in addition to his own duties.
According to another order issued by the General Administration Department, the Additional District Development Commissioner, Kulgam will hold the charge of the post of Deputy Commissioner, Kulgam till the Deputy Commissioner Jehangir Mir remains on leave.
