JAMMU , June 24: Kabirwadi Mandir Trust Mumbai donated an ambulance to Sanjeevani Sharda Kendra (SSK) Anand Nagar Bohri at a function today for the needy people.
The programme was attended R K Pandita Relief and Rehabilitation, Commissioner Migrants Jammu. He was accompanied by Prof. T N Shalla Chairman of the Kendra, MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma, (CA) Shakti Munshi representative of J&K Study Centre Mumbai and Swami Kumar Ji .
R K Pandita while speaking on the occasion appreciated the activities of the Kendra for the betterment of the community. Pandita also assured for providing all possible help to the Kendra for extension of its activities in other migrant camps.
Prof T N Shalla in his welcome address appealed the Relief Commissioner to provide a suitable space at Jagti for the opening of a Computer Institute and a stitching and tailoring centre for the needy migrants. Sat Sharma also spoke on the occasion and commended the role of Kendra. He assured all help from his party for the displaced people.
Shakti Munshi expressed the hope that the ambulance service introduced by the Kendra will go a long way for the needy people.
