JAMMU, July 2: Jammu Women Credit Coop Ltd (JWCCL) created highest JLG under NABARD scheme and for the same it was awarded by the NABARD.
“Besides, JWCCL provided loans amounting to Rs 4.22 cr to its 1600 women members under NABARD JLG scheme and also accorded sanctioned to SHG groups amounting to Rs 15 lacs in three districts”, said JWCCL chairperson, Kailash Verma while highlighting the achievements of JWCCL during its 7th annual general body meeting held here today at Vishwakarma Sabha.
BR Kundal, ex-Minister and president, Dharmarth Trust, was the chief guest on the occasion.
Meanwhile, the meeting passed resolution to consider enhancement of consolidated pay of employees and their orders for regularization. It was also decided unanimously by the delegates that the active governing body will continue for three years for their contribution to the cooperatives’ achievements.
