JAMMU, Dec 22: Jammu West Assembly Movement (JWAM) president, Sunil Dimple met Public Service Commission (PSC) Chairman, B.R Sharma and demanded filling-up of all the vacancies in different departments on the basis of PRC.
Addressing a press conference here today Dimple claimed that he demanded that PSC should immediately issue recruitment letters to all the selected 500 doctors on the basis of PRC and the recruitment process should be expedited.
He further said that withholding selection list of doctors because of domicile certificate is injustice and demanded all recruitments in J&K by PSC and SSB should be meant for the hereditary residents who are state subject holders.
Dimple said that Domicile Law allows Government jobs in J&K for outsiders and appealed to the LG Manoj Sinha to take up matter with the Prime Minister and immediately restore statehood with special status to J&K.
The JWAM leader further said that J&K LG should regularise all daily wagers.
Dimple claimed that all daily wagers will start agitation from December 27 as the Government is mum over their regularization.
He told reporters that the PSC Chairman gave a patient hearing to him and assured that the list of selected doctors will be declared soon.
