Jummat-Ul-Vida as Youm-e-Quds observed in Kargil, Leh

KARGIL/ LEH,  June  23:   Jummat-Ul-Vida was celebrated in Kargil as Youm-e-Quds during which after the Friday prayers, a protest rally was organized under the leadership of Markazi Imma Jumma Wal Jamat Hujatul Islam Wal Muslameen Shiekh Mohammad Hassan Waizi which started from Islamia School Campus, passing through main bazaar, Lal Chowk and later concluded at Islamia School Chowk here today.
The protest was to condemn the illegal occupation of Palestine by Israel and the Qibla-e-Awal of Muslim Masjid-e-Aqsa and atrocities and terrorism in other parts of the world.
The protesters chanted “Free Palestine” and carried slogans  that read “Boycott Israel”, “Stop atrocities against minorities in Bahrain”,  “Freedom for Palestine”  etc.
The demonstrators also carried banners that condemned Israel’s “criminal siege and occupation” of Palestinian lands.
On this occasion various speakers threw light on the importance of the day and told that if entire Muslim community of the world had support the call as given by Imam Khomenie, and if showed unity then Isreal will not exist which otherwise, has become a thread to the whole humanity.
They also condemned the so called Islamic States of the world ruled by Ale Khalifa for obeying the orders of America and its ally Israel due to which they have created a thread to the distressed people of Palestine.
The speakers also condemned the present situation in Kashmir and urged upon the Center and state Government to solve the problems in Kashmir through fruitful dialogues.
While speaking o  the occasion the Markazi Imam-e-Jumma Shiekh Mohammad Hassan Waizi condemned the recent terrosit act of Israel  forces on prayers and innocent Palestinian people, the recent suicide attack on Iranian Parliament and Dome of Imam Khomenie in Iran and attack on Masjid-e-Zahra in Afghanistan by Daesh ISIS and termed these attacks as attack on Humanity by Daesh ISIS.
He also urged upon the people of Kargil to remain united and come forward for the development and prosperity of the people of Kargil.
Sheikh Majani thanked religious scholars, Chairman Legislative Council Haji Anayat Ali, former CEC Haji Hanifa Jan and others  for taking part in the protest.
In Leh,  after Friday prayer at Imam Bargha, a massive rally was organized by Anjuman-e-Imamia Leh (Youth Wing) to mark the International Youm-e-Quds Day in Leh city today.
The protest rally witnessed large number of participation, which included students from the different schools of  Leh and people from Leh city and different villages. The rally began  from the historical Imam Bargha and passed through Balkhang Chowk, Leh Gate and reached for its culmination at Polo Ground.
In a build up to the rally, a massive vehicle rally was also organized which started from different villages and reached Leh to join the main rally. In the protest rally, people chanted slogans like “Free Al Aqsa Masjid” “Free Palestine” and other slogans shaming the oppressive acts of America and Israel. The slogans reaffirmed the support of the people for the global struggle for the Liberation of Al Aqsa Masjid and the self determination of the people of the Palestine.
The rally was addressed by different heads of religious organizations of Leh like Ladakh Buddhist Association president Tsewang Thinles, Anjuman Imamia Leh president Asharf Ali Barcha, Anjuman Moin Ul Islam  vice president Dr Noor Din, Christian Association head  Dechen Chamga and Majles Ulema, Leh.
All the speakers laid stress on the freedom of Al-Aqsa Masjid ie Qiblai Awwal and expressed their anguish over the human right violations in Palestine.
