JAMMU, Oct 3: Member Parliament (MP) Lok Sabha Jugal Kishore Sharma along with MLA Akhnoor Rajeev Sharma visited far flung Potha Malley, Khuga, Chagyal, Phagal and Gangaal villages in Akhnoor constituency and inaugurated development works.
Jugal Kishore Sharma inaugurated the construction work of link road of Potha Malley at village Potha. While addressing to the people, he said that the long pending demand of inhabitants of village Potha has been fulfilled and people will now get much benefits after construction of this road.
Sharma along with MLA Akhnoor inaugurated the black top work at Akhnoor bus stand. Rajeev Sharma said that the bus stand is situated in the interior of the town and promotes all the segments for their development and easy mobilization. In addition to it, they inaugurated black top work at Village Khuga.
MP and MLA also inaugurated constructon of Aashram road, two major cause ways constructed on road from Chowki Choura to Kathar via Keour and additional class rooms at Government High School, Gangaal.
While speaking, Jugal Kishore Sharma said that students are the future of society and they should be taught about the Indian History. He added that rural areas were neglected by previous Governments but the BJP-PDP Government will continue with the agenda of development.
Rajeev Sharma assured the public for equal development in the Akhnoor Constituency including Jourian, Bhalwal, Akhnoor Town, Chowki Choura belt, Kathar, etc.
Executive Engineer PWD (R&B) Suresh Bhagat, Senior BJP leader Bharat Bhushan Gupta, Tara Mehta, Manmohan Singh, DS Pawar, Chandersheel, Rohit Sharma, Surinder Singh, Ravinder, Jeetu Sharma, Abhishek, Kaku Shah, Sanjay Sharma, Amit Gupta, Ashu, Vijay Thapa, BD Sharma, Raka and Pawan were also present on the occasion.
