JAMMU, Apr 1: Jammu Smart City Limited (JSCL) has signed a five-year contract with M/s Creative Designers to manage static advertisement panels across Jammu city.
As per a statement, the agreement, finalized on March 26 2025, aims to streamline the advertising process and boost revenue for both JSCL and Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC).
The contract was awarded through a global tendering process, ensuring transparency, fair competition, and efficiency.
Under the new arrangement, Creative Designers will handle the operation, maintenance, and revenue generation of the ad panels.
Dr Devansh Yadav, CEO of Jammu Smart City Limited and Commissioner of JMC, said, “This partnership will enhance the management of advertisement spaces in Jammu and support the city’s beautification and smart urban planning efforts.”
The initiative aligns with JSCL’s goal of utilizing public assets to create sustainable revenue streams while maintaining the city’s visual appeal. It is expected to significantly increase municipal earnings and support the broader objectives of the Smart City Mission.
