JSAs demand removal of pay anomalies

JAMMU, July 12:  J&K Non-Gazetted Statistical Employees Association has urged upon the Government to remove pay anomalies of  the Junior Statistical Assistants and Statistical Assistants cadre without any further delay.
In a meeting of the Association held under the chairmanship of  P S Jamwal, the members observed that Government has already initiated process of removing pay anomalies of various cadre. The pay anomalies of police and clerical cadre have been worked out but the Junior Statistical Assistants and SAs are being ignored despite the fact that they are struggling and agitating for the last over a decade.  Mr Jamwal demanded that pay anomalies of this cadre should also be removed
Others present in the meeting included Jaswant Singh and Showkat Shah vice presidents,  Arvinder Singh general secretary, Sayed Masood Simnani publicity secretary and Mehmood Iqbal treasurer.
