JKTJAC urges Govt to file review petition in SC on TET verdict

UDHAMPUR, Mar 1: Jammu Kashmir Teachers’ Joint Action Committee (JKTJAC) held its monthly meeting, here today under the leadership of District President Udhampur Lekh Raj Parihar.
While speaking on the occasion, Lekh Raj Parihar hailed the decision of keeping the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) order in abeyance and appealed Lt Governor, Chief Minister and Education Minister to personally intervene in this matter and file review petition in the court to safeguard the rights of teachers.
JKTJAC also demanded release of MDM dues for 2025-26, regularisation of left out ReTs, conversion of RRETs to Teachers Grade II/III, comprehensive transfer policy in favour of teachers appointed under ReT scheme, revival of old Pension Scheme in favour NPS employees.
