JAMMU, Mar 18: Amran Farooq, a JKPS officer of 2008 batch has been inducted as Superintendent of Police (SP) in Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for a period of 4 years.
An order in this connection has been issued by the Government of India. “Approval of the competent authority is hereby conveyed for induction of Amran Farooq, JKPS: 2008 as SP in CBI for a period of four years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders whichever is earlier,” the order read.
