JAMMU, Jan 29: Chairman of JKNPP Harsh Dev Singh in consultation with Yashpal Kundal, J&K unit president of Young Panthers, promoted Anil Rakwal as provincial general secretary Young Panthers and appointed S Raspreet Singh as Block president (Miran Sahib) Young Panthers with immediate effect.
Singh directed the new appointees to constitute Block wise committees of Young Panthers in Jammu Province and promote the agenda of Panthers Party to strengthen its base at grass root level.
