REASI, Mar 20: A meeting of Jammu Kashmir Medical Employees Federation, (JKMEF) district Reasi was held in CMO’s office Reasi under the chairmanship of Abdul Hamid Chat, district president, today.
The meeting took strong exemption due to worst condition of CMO office and District Hospital, Reasi as no clerk is working there for last more than one year. It also came to fore that as many 29 officials including Ministerial staff are attached in other offices in Jammu. The staff is suffering a lot for timely preparation of salary bills, arrears bills, Income Tax calculations, GP Fund cases and other office work. It was resolved that authorizes should look into it and dealing clerks of CMO office and District Hospital should be detached forthwith including other para-medical staff so that work is carried smoothly.
Later on the employees called on Chief Medical Officer, Reasi and requested him to take up the matter with the higher authorities so that such employees attached in Jammu are restored back in Reasi at the earliest failing which employees will forced to proceed on strike.
