NEW DELHI, Oct 7: A delegation of Jammu Kashmir Internally Displaced Welfare Society (JKIDWS) led by its president, Sushil Hashia called on Chief Minister, Delhi, Rekha Gupta.
During the meeting the JKIDWS team discussed about the recent decision taken by Delhi Government and stressed on implementation of the Cabinet Order regarding one time amnesty. CM assured that the implementation of order will be done soon on the ground with no further delay.
Besides Hashia, the other members of the delegation were Vinod Koul, general secretary, Deepak Handoo, media secretary, Vinod Saraf, joint secretary and Executive member, Omesh Ganjoo.
In this meeting Sushil Hashia and his team expressed their gratitude, to Rekha Gupta and to her Cabinet Ministers for this historical decision. They said this decision will provide a big relief to Delhi NCR Displaced Kashmiri Pandit community relief holders.
Hashia also complimented entire Kashmiri Pandit community relief holders, keeping faith and giving their remarkable support to JKIDWS since last more than 15 months in spite of the hardships faced by them for such a long period of time, showing their courage patience and solidarity in such a manner.
He further commended the role of senior leader and Ex MLA, BJP O.P Babbar and KDD president, BJP Jammu Rajeev Pandita for their support.
