RAMBAN, Aug 4: Jammu Kashmir Democratic Front (JKDF) will field its candidates from all the Parliament and Assembly constituencies of State.
This was stated by Anil Gupta, State president, Jammu Kashmir Democratic Front, while addressing a meeting of party’s representatives from Ramban, Doda and Kishtwar at Batote.
The meeting was called to review the organizational set up in the erstwhile Doda district in view of the forthcoming Parliament and Assembly polls.
Gupta was accompanied by Munish Khajuria, State Youth president, Surinder Sharma, State general secretary, Arun Khanna, district president urban Jammu and Vijay Shastri, State organizational secretary.
Gupta said that growing inflation, nepotism, corruption, scandals and discrimination are the issues highlights the mis-governance of Congress led coalition at Centre and NC-Congress regime in J&K.
He said that the people have understood the design of present regime at Centre as well as at State. These parties have failed to fulfill the promises made in their election manifestoes, he added.
Commenting upon the recent earthquake in the parts of Kishtwar and Doda district, Gupta said Government has failed to fulfill its obligations to help the victims besides putting up strong disaster fight mechanism. Hundreds of people are rendered homeless by this natural calamity. While as NC-Congress Coalition Government has left the victims to face the destiny, he added.
Among others present were Manmohan Gupta, Janki Nath Thakur, Rajinder Singh, Swami Raj Sharma, Niaz Ali, Vaishno Kumar, Amit Bharti, Jagdish Sharma and Ravinder Singh.
