J&K Police, Army Nab Man With Foreign Made Pistols, Magazines In Nowshera

Jammu, Feb 19: Jammu and Kashmir Police and Army have arrested a man in possession of foreign-made pistols, magazines, and live rounds in the Nowshera belt of Rajouri district.
Officials said a joint patrol by a team from Police Station Nowshera and the Army apprehended the suspect, identified as Sachin Kumar of Sair, Nowshera, in the Raipur area.
During the search, they said that two foreign-made pistols (Turkey/China Made), four magazines and 15 live rounds were recovered from his possession without any valid documents.
A case under relevant sections has been registered at Police Station Nowshera and investigations are ongoing, officials added. (Agencies)
