JAMMU, Aug 22: In compliance with a High Court judgment dated April 3, 2025, the Jammu and Kashmir Government has re-fixed the seniority of two Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service officers, placing Dr Ghulam Nabi Itoo at position 113-A between Shabnam Shah Kamili and Ravinder Kumar Bhat, and Tariq Hussain Ganai at position 120-A between Mohammad Hussain Mir and Munir-ul-Islam in the seniority list issued in April 2021
