JAMMU, Nov 18: ​The Jammu and Kashmir Finance Department has issued a circular making it mandatory for all officers and officials, from the level of Accounts Assistant and above within the Accounts & Treasuries Organisation, to register for and complete relevant courses on the Integrated Government Online Training (IGOT) – Mission Karmayogi platform.
