JAMMU, Mar 23: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has constituted a Technical Appraisal Committee (TAC) to vet specifications for the implementation of the Intelligent Traffic Management System (ITMS) in the Jammu and Kashmir Road Transport Corporation (JKRTC).
