Jammu, Aug 6: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has constituted a Technical Appraisal Committee (TAC) for the Digital Village Centres (DVC) 2.0 project to ensure expert evaluation of its Detailed Project Report (DPR).
Headed by Jaskaran Singh Modi, State Informatics Officer, NIC J&K, the committee includes experts from GCET Jammu, University of Kashmir, NIELIT J&K, and the IT Department, along with subject experts from IIT Jammu and NIT Srinagar.
As per a Government order, the committee will submit its report within 15 days to the IT Department, focusing on technical scrutiny, recommendations, and compliance with government norms.
