JAMMU, Sep 20: The Jammu and Kashmir government has constituted a committee to examine the panel under the “Central Pool MBBS & BDS Seats Allocation” scheme.
As per a Government order, issued on September 19, the committee will be headed by the Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Jal Shakti Department, with the Principal Secretary Home, Commissioner/Secretary GAD, and Secretary Health & Medical Education Department as members.
The Chairman of BoPEE will attend meetings as a special invitee, the order said.
The committee will review the panel submitted by BoPEE and nominate eligible candidates for MBBS and BDS seats in colleges identified by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
