JAMMU, Dec 26: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has directed all Government departments, institutions, local bodies and Government residential colonies to expedite the installation of prepaid smart electricity meters under the Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS) to ensure financial stability of power utilities and reliable 24×7 power supply.
