JAMMU, Feb 14: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has appointed 71 officers, 49 from Jammu and 22 from Kashmir Division, as Observers for the smooth conduct of the Jammu and Kashmir Combined Competitive Examination (Prelims)-2024.
