JK BOSE adjudged as 2nd top futuristic school board in India

JAMMU, Apr 10: J&K State Board of School Education has been adjudged as second top futuristic school board of India.
On host of analytical parameters by the Editorial Board of ReTHINK India, the JKBOSE has been ranked second top among 35 school boards of the country.
A felicitation ceremony in this regard will be held on National Technology Day, which falls on May 11, during National Convention of Futuristic Schools of India, at India International Centre, New Delhi. Prof Zahoor Ahmad Chatt, Chairman JKBOSE, has been invited for receiving this honour at the felicitation ceremony.
Pertinent to mention that the JK BOSE despite having its stakeholders at even the remote and cut-off areas of the State, has managed to switch over to some online services offered to the candidates like online submission of Re-evaluation forms and application forms for obtaining Xerox copies of answer scripts together with deposition of prescribed fees through payment gateways, providing of results through SMS, availability of syllabi of all the classes in PDF format on its official website, besides making available all the result notifications, examination calendar, status of affiliation and other main activities of the BOSE on its web site, which have brought convenience to the stakeholders, who are not required now to visit the BOSE office for such services.
The JKBOSE has been selected for the felicitation in recognition of this online service.
