SRINAGAR, Sept 28: All J&K Bank business units and offices will remain open on September 30, which used to be a bank holiday.
All normal banking transactions will be carried out by the Business Units, Regional Collection Centres and other offices.
As per the Government notification, September 30 will be working day for banks under Negotiable Instruments Act. This has been done keeping in view the adoption and integration of technology for carrying out transactions and other processes in banks.
