SRINAGAR, Aug 14: In a move to expand its retail business beyond Jammu and Kashmir, J&K Bank has entered into strategic tie-ups with two reputed builders in the Tricity region, Amayra Sky City and Amayra Trillium, both located at prime sites in Kharar, Mohali.
The tie-up ceremonies took place at the Bank’s Cluster Office in Mohali, attended by GM & Divisional Head (Jammu) Ashok Gupta, Zonal Head (Kathua) Suresh Choudhary and Cluster Head (Mohali) Vishal Pandoh, alongside senior representatives from the builder groups.
Speaking on the occasion, Ashok Gupta said, “These collaborations are part of our business strategy to tap into high-potential retail housing markets beyond J&K, offering customers convenient financing solutions on competitive terms. With prime projects like Amayra Sky City and Amayra Trillium, we aim to make homeownership in Tricity not just a dream, but an achievable reality for many.”
He added that the partnerships would help families access quality homes at fair prices, supported by quick loan approvals and affordable EMIs from the Bank.
Under the collaborations, customers can avail seamless home loan facilities for these projects from any J&K Bank branch across its network, with quick approvals and competitive interest rates.
