SRINAGAR, May 17: J&K Bank today installed a new Automated Teller Machine (ATM) at Sheikh-ul-Alam Hospital in Srinagar to offer convenient banking services to patients, attendants, staff and nearby residents.
A statement said the ATM was inaugurated by Vice Chairman of Srinagar Development Authority, M Rafi, in the presence of the Bank’s Zonal Head (Srinagar) Raja Zaffar, Cluster Heads, hospital owners, and a large number of customers and attendants.
Speaking on the occasion, M Rafi said the new ATM would make banking easier for people visiting the hospital.
“This is a welcome step that will help meet the financial needs of patients, attendants and hospital staff,” he said.
Zonal Head Raja Zaffar said the Bank was working to improve its service network.
“We aim to enhance our presence in key public places to ensure better access for our customers,” he added.
