JAMMU, Feb 5: J&K Bank today organized a High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) Customer Meet at its Kathua Zonal Office as part of its efforts to strengthen customer engagement and gather direct feedback.
The interactive meet was attended by HNI customers from the Kathua zone, which covers areas from Samba to Batala, Mohali and other parts of Punjab.
Managing Director and CEO Amitava Chatterjee chaired the meeting, which was also attended by Chief General Manager Sunit Kumar, General Manager and Divisional Head (Jammu) Ashok Gupta, Zonal Head Kathua Suresh Kumar Choudhary and other senior officers.
During the interaction, customers appreciated the Bank’s recent third-quarter financial performance and congratulated the management on improved growth figures.
They shared suggestions related to products, processes and service delivery.
Addressing the gathering, Amitava Chatterjee said customer progress was directly linked to the Bank’s growth and assured full financial support to help businesses expand.
He said such meetings help the Bank stay responsive to customer needs and added that steps were being taken to further strengthen digital banking services.
Senior officers also highlighted the Bank’s focus on customized financial solutions, faster turnaround time and improved customer experience.
Customers expressed overall satisfaction with services and stressed the need for stronger business-focused products and quicker service delivery.
