SRINAGAR, Sept 6: J&K Bank today organized a customer meet at its zonal office in Delhi, which was chaired by Executive Director Sudhir Gupta in the presence of Zonal Head Rosy Tickoo and DGM (CPC-Delhi) Dorjey Angchuk.
A cross-section of clients from different parts of the zone attended the programme along with senior functionaries of the Bank.
Speaking at the event, Sudhir Gupta said that direct feedback from customers was invaluable as it helped the Bank to understand their expectations and design better products and services.
He assured that every practicable suggestion would be taken into account to ensure continuous improvement.
He also advised operational heads to strengthen monitoring of services, while stressing that customer service was the foundation of the Bank’s reputation and must reflect respect, responsiveness and reliability at every step.
On the occasion, Zonal Head Rosy Tickoo expressed gratitude to the participants for their active involvement and reiterated the Bank’s commitment to further strengthening its relationship with customers in the region.
Clients, while appreciating the initiative, said such interactions build confidence and make them feel valued partners in the Bank’s growth. They also lauded the Bank’s openness to feedback and willingness to act upon it.
The meeting concluded with an assurance from the Bank’s leadership that the suggestions and concerns raised would be carefully reviewed and necessary steps taken to further enhance customer experience across all touch points.
The session was marked by a spirit of cooperation and mutual trust between the Bank and its clients.
