SRINAGAR, Mar 7: J&K Bank has elevated two of its General Managers, Ashutosh Sareen and Rajesh Malla Tikoo, to the posts of Chief General Managers as part of its ongoing career progression process.
Congratulating the officers on their elevation, Managing Director and CEO Amitava Chatterjee said the move reflects the bank’s commitment to recognising experience, merit and leadership potential within the organisation.
He said strengthening the leadership pool remains a key priority as the bank moves ahead with its strategic growth plans.
Chatterjee further said that the bank has put in place a structured and transparent career progression framework to prepare the next line of leadership and ensure continuity in achieving its long-term goals.
The elevations are part of the bank’s ongoing internal promotion process across different cadres.
