JAMMU, Jan 15: Jammu Joint Students’ Federation (JJSF) here today announced its new unit for GGM Science College.
As per a handout of JJSF, Ritik Verma has been made president of GGM Science College unit; Navi Jasrotia and Kavi Partap, working presidents; Arjun Sharma, Anchal Thakur and Rajvir Singh, general secretaries; Sudhanshu Sharma, Remanshu Sharma, Gourav Sharma, Sahil Kumar, Bilal Kohli, Verian Singh, Rohit Verma and Kajal, vice presidents; Vansh Anand, Anchal Thakur, Anmol Sharma, Kajal, Neetakshi Sharma and Shilpa Bangotra, secretaries; Ajay Pangal and Prince, organisation secretaries; Drishti Shivgotra and Vinati Sharma, spokespersons and Laksh Kumar, press secretary.
The unit also announced year-wise incharges and Rajveer Singh was made 1st year incharge, Seha Sharma, co-incharge; Krish, 2nd year incharge, Nirmal Sharma, co-incharge and Ayush Raina, 3rd year incharge.
The executive members include Vikram, Rishi, Nikhal, Vijay, Mridul, Karan, Lakash, Krishan, Rahul and Shubham.
Ritik Verma, newly elected president assured everyone of his unwavering dedication to address issues of student and to foster a positive and inclusive academic environment.
Atul Sudan, State vice president JJSF encouraged the newly appointed office bearers to stand firm as the voice of students.
Keshav Malhotra, District Jammu president emphasized the need to honour student martyrs of 1966 agitation by renaming colleges in Jammu after them.
Prominent among those present on the occasion were Manish Khullar, president All Colleges Jammu and other senior leaders including Raghav Singh, Nishakar Sharma, Amit Verma, Bhanu and Bharat Verma.
