JAMMU, Oct 25: Anantnag Prabandhak Committee (APC) in its meeting here today held under the chairmanship of M K Bambroo apprised the members about the initiative taken by the Committee for the development of Nagbal shrine, Devibal and other religious places of the town since its formation.
It said the renovation of Devibal has already taken place and beautification of Nagbal shrine will be taken in hand after the funds sanctioned by MP Anantnag Dr Mehboob Beg are released.
The meeting through a resolution appointed Jigan Jee Goja as chairman of Nagabal Development Committee and Kaka Jee Koul as assistant treasurer.
The meeting among others was attended by Babloo Jad vice president of the Committee, B K Wantoo its general secretary and Shadi Lal Pandita.
