JIAR students bag top prizes at National Startup Day event

JAMMU, Jan 16: The Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research (JIAR) made a strong mark at the Start-Up City Camp organised at CSIR-Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine (IIIM), Jammu, on the occasion of National Startup Day, with its students winning top honours in creative competitions.
In the slogan competition, JIAR students swept all three top positions.
While Sushain of Final Professional secured the first prize, Nitika Sharma of First Professional won the second prize, and Priyanshi of Final Professional stood third.
The institute also excelled in the logo making competition, where Ishvanku Saraf of Final Professional clinched the first prize.
The winners were awarded certificates by Dr Saurabh Saran, Senior Principal Scientist, and Dr Zabeer Ahmed, Director, CSIR-IIIM and Chairman, IIIM-Technology Business Incubator.
The management and faculty of JIAR congratulated the students and lauded their achievements, encouraging them to continue participating in national-level platforms to promote innovation and entrepreneurship.
