JAMMU, July 11: Department of Kaumarbhritya (Pediatrics) on Pushya Nakshatra conducted ‘Swarnaprashana’ an Ayurvedic immuno enhancing medicine in which gold along with other memory boosting drugs are given orally to the children.
Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Hospital Nardani Raipur Bantalab along with urban wing Janipur Pamposh Colony, conducted ‘swarnaprashana’ camp under the supervision of Dr. Ganesh Kumar, Consultant Pediatrician and Assistant professor JIAR. Along with swarnaprashana, free health check up and anthropometric measurements were done.
A total of 16 children were benefitted from the camp. Intern students Dr. Megha, Dr. Akangsha, Dr. Qesser and Dr. Rahul were present and conducted the camp smoothly.
