Jewellery shops to remain closed from June 18 to 22

JAMMU, June 13: Swarnkar Sangh Jammu has informed that jewellery shops in Jammu will remain close from June 18 to 22 as the concerned shopkeepers will have summer vacations.
In a press conference here today Lovekesh Gondi, additional general secretary of Swarnkar Sangh Jammu province urged the public to complete any necessary purchases either before June 18 of after June 22.
“We understand the importance of jewellery in the lives of our customers, especially during this time of year when many auspicious events and celebrations take place,” said Gondi adding: “This announcement will give our customers ample time to complete purchases without any inconvenience.”
He appealed to all the jewellery selling shopkeepers in Jammu to keep their shops shut from June 18 to 22. Raj Kumar, senior vice president Jammu West and Vimal Verma, cashier, were also present in the press conference.
