JAMMU, May 12: In compliance to the directions of Vice Chairman Jammu Development Authority, a team of officers and officials headed by Chief Enforcement Officer along with concerned Naib Tehsildar, Khilafwarzi Inspector, Patwari and other supporting staff sealed a godown.
The godown was sealed under section 8(1) of Control of Building Operation Act 1988.
The godown was constructed in violation of the provisions as laid down under BOCA Act and JMP-2032 by one Rajesh Kumar Choudhary, son of Babu Ram at Narwal Bala.
Sealing was done after giving due opportunity of being heard in notices issued under section 7(1) and 12 (1) of COBO Act 1988.
