JCC submits memorandum to Chief Minister

JAMMU, Nov 2: A delegation of J&K Government Joint Consultative Committee  (JCC) leaders today submitted a memorandum to Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti though Divisional Commissioner highlighting various issues faced by the employees.
The members of the delegation included  Balwinder Singh ,Ganesh Khajuria, Amrik Singh,  Dharminder Singh, Darshan Sharma, Ravi Singh Bahu, Nazir Ahmed Bhat, Ravinder Singh,  Amrik Singh Sasan Gopal Singh, Jagdish Sharma, Uttam Chand Sharma, Rajinder Gupta, Umar Jan,  Jaswinder Singh, Anil Gupta, Narinder Singh Dard, Barjesh Mehta, Subash Sharma ,Balbir Rahi, Amrik Singh Chib, Deedar Singh, Surjit Singh,Abdul Aziz,Yash Pal Sharma ,Ramesh Singh Bahu, Surat Singh Toofani.
The delegation demanded implementation of 7th Pay Commission in favour of the State Government employees and PSUs as soon as possible without any further delay.
To frame the policy for Regularisation of casual labours, Need basis etc.who are working  since 1994 in different Deptts. and continuously draw their wages on muster sheets through Government Treasury.
It also demanded removal of Pay Anomalies of Clerical Staff  and  old pay Scale Rs 6500-10500 of employees working  in Edu., Agri. Department, Horticulture Department and other Department.
Enhancement in Medical allowance from Rs. 300 to Rs. 2000. In a press statement JCC leaders appealed to the State Govt. Employees  be ready for struggle to get  the 7th Pay Commission implementation and other demands in near future if the State Government fails to implement  the same at an earliest  and also beware of some self style Retired leaders  who are misguiding the employees, they said in the statement  that the JCC is the only Committee /Organization of the employees under whose banner  JCC started the struggle in past and achieved the 6th Pay Commission arrears, enhancement of retirement age etc. They also said that after opening  of Darbar offices in Jammu ,the State Leader ship of Govt. Employees  under the banner of JCC  will approach to Chief Minister for early  settlement  of employees and their genuine demands.
