SRINAGAR, July 2: A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawan was injured as militants lobbed a grenade at their patrol party in Iqbalabad, Tral in South Kashmir today.
The incident comes a day after five jawans were injured in an attack on a CRPF camp in Pulwama district.
Militants hurled a grenade at CRPF patrol which exploded with big bang resulting in injuries to one jawan. He was referred to Sub-District Hosptial Tral for treatment.
Senior police and security force officers rushed to the spot to assess the situation.
