JAMMU, Dec 24: The Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, has promoted five 2022 batch AGMUT Cadre IPS officers, including Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Baramulla, Neha Jain, to Super Time Scale (Level 11 in the pay matrix) with effect from January 1, 2026 or from the date of assumption of charge, whichever is earlier.

As per an order, the other promoted officers are Akshyat Aayush, Akanksha Milind Tamgadge, Anurag Daru, and Aashish Kumar.
Among them, Anurag Daru has also served in Jammu and Kashmir earlier, having undergone part of his professional training in the Union Territory.
