JAMMU, May 1: Jagadguru Swami Nischlanand of Goverdhan Math is arriving here tomorrow on two -day visit for his participation in the grand Dharam Sabha and associated religious events in connection with celebration of Adi Shankracharya Jayanti, which falls on May 2.
This was informed by Swami Nirmal Swaroop, while addressing a press conference here today.
” Jagadguru Nischlanand will reach here by Jammu Mail at 6 AM on Friday and from the Railway Station, he will be taken straightway to Dharam Sabha venue in Paloura in the form of a procession,” he said.
Swami Swaroop further informed that the Jagadguru will address the Dharam Sabha and highlight various aspects of Hinduism, Hindu way of life and Hindu Rashtra.
“Besides addressing the Dharam Sabha, Jagadguru Nischlanand will also participate in the scheduled `Diksha Samaroh’ during his two-day stay in Jammu,” said Swami Swaroop.
Adding that a session on question-answers will also be held during the Dharam Sabha, he informed that the Jagadguru will reply to all queries ranging from political, social, cultural and religious values.
Swami Swaroop said that the two-day Dharam Sansad is being held on May 2-3, 2025 in connection with Adi Shankracharya Jayanti and Jagadguru Swami Nischlanand is arriving here particularly for his participation in the Jayanti celebrations.
He extended an open invitation to all Hindu devotees for their participation in the Dharam Sabha and listen to the discourses of Jagadguru Shankracharya and other religious leaders.
