SAMBA, Apr 2: ITI workers of PHE Department today staged a protest demonstration in front of Executive Engineer PHE Samba demanding the pending salaries of last eight months in their favour.
The demonstration was led by Sushil Singh president ITI Diploma Holders Union Samba. The protestors warned to intensify agitation in case the salaries were not released within days. They said some of the workers are facing acute economic hardships due to non release of pending salaries but the Department is sleeping over the issue.
