JAMMU, Oct 15: The Inter Zonal District Level Cluster Competition for U-14 and U-17 boys was held today at Government High School, Jammu Cantt, hosted by the Department of Youth Services and Sports, District Jammu. Organized under the patronage of DG YSS Anuradha Gupta, guidance of Joint Director Vinakshi Koul and supervision of DYSSO Jammu Sukhdev Raj Sharma, the event saw around 70 participants.
In the U-14 match, Zone Jammu, Marh, Dansal, and Bhalwal defeated Zones Arnia, RS Pura and Bishnah by 26 runs. Cluster 1st scored 114/6 in 16 overs, with Sachin Ali scoring 34. Mohd Shyam starred with 3 wickets for just 2 runs. Cluster 4th managed only 87 in 14.1 overs. Mukand scored 16; Viren Singh took 2 wickets.
