JAMMU, Aug 19: An inter-State drug peddler was arrested with 4.5 kilograms of heroin-like-substance from a hotel here today.
Satish Kumar of Guru Harikrishan Nagar, Dhandari Kalan, Ludhiana, was arrested with the consignment from Hotel Picnic on the Eidgah road, a police official said.
He was accordingly booked in case FIR number 52/2025 under sections 8/20 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station City and further investigation set into motion, he said.
