JAMMU, July 15: The Finance Department of Jammu and Kashmir has appointed Ishfaq Ahmed Pandith, Joint Director of J&K Funds Organization, as Inquiry Officer to probe the unauthorized absence of Raja Tahir Hussain, former Accounts Assistant in the office of Deputy Director Prosecution, Srinagar.
