JAMMU, Apr 22: The School Education Department of Jammu and Kashmir has initiated a Regular Departmental Action (RDA) against Ram Paul Sharma, Lecturer at HSS Dori Dagar in Akhnoor, in connection with FIR No. 15/2013-J-4678 dated March 23, 2018.
As per a Government order, Subah Mehta, JKAS, Joint Director, Directorate of School Education Jammu, has been appointed as the Inquiry Officer to investigate the charges.
The District Education Planning Officer (DEPO), Jammu, will act as the Presenting Officer in the case and submit a report with specific recommendations within fifteen days from the issuance of the order.
