The latest decision of the UT Administration to scrape the J&K bank,s ongoing recruitment process which had started in October 2018 is absolutely pathetic and painful. Thousands of candidates of the entire UT who had appeared in this exam had spent their valuable time and money for this recruitment. Many candidates including many of whom are personally known to me had left their lucrative corporate jobs only for the purpose to prepare for this exam and were eagerly waiting for the results. By this decision their hopes have been shattered and their morale will also be effected . By taking this decision govt has made it crystal clear that they want to ruin the youth of this UT. During the press conference of Rohit Kansal Spokesperson of the Govt ,it was also mentioned that new process will be initiated soon and entire process will be completed within three months , what kind of justice for the unemployed youth of this UT. Is this as if the new process will be initiated, the candidates from all over country will be eligible for this recruitment now , by which the candidates from UT itself will not able to compete as we don’t have Internet available without which it is very hard to even think about to crack exam like this.
Now there is only one hope and way ahead for the deserved candidates who had worked very hard for this exam and want to get justice by getting this decision revoked. However, the stand taken by the Governemnt can be challenged as the administration have not put put forward any genuine reason for the cancellation of the process , they have just mentioned that due to various controversies and legal infirmities this recruitment process have been scrapped and will stand cancel which is absolutely ridiculous as there were no controversies currently going for this process . From past few months candidates who had appeared in this exam were protesting only for the results declaration and nothing else .
