an Oil organized a channel partners’ meet in Chandigarh wherein Sudeb Gupta, Executive Director, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, J&K and UT Chandigarh interacted with the retail outlet dealers
R S Dahiya, GM(O), PSO, Saumitra Pandey, DGM (RS), PSO, S K Jha, CM(RS), PSO, Alok Kumar, CDRSM, Chandigarh DO were also present at the meeting and interacted with the dealers.
Sudeb Gupta apprised the dealers of new initiatives taken for achieving the target. He advised dealers to start local sales promotion schemes at their retail outlets for the benefit of customers and gaining sale volume. He assured the dealers for extending them full support in their endeavors to increase customer satisfaction.
Saumitra Pandey advised the dealers to improve the look and feel of retail to attract more customers. He also requested them to ensure that the pump attendants are fully motivated and trained to enhance customer satisfaction.
The dealers conveyed their thanks to the executive director and his team members for sparing their time and interacting with them. The dealers also suggested some schemes and new initiatives which should be taken for providing better customers services at the ROs.
