India will never bow down to terrorists’ threats: Farooq

NEW DELHI, Feb 22: Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy Farooq Abdullah today said India will never bow down to the threats of terrorists and will continue to fight against it.
Speaking to reporters outside the Parliament House here, Dr Abdullah said the country was strong enough to respond to them.
”It is not the country which would bow down…India is strong enough to fight them back,” he said.
Twin blasts had rocked the Dilsukhnagar area in Hyderabad last evening, leaving 14 people killed and 119 others injured.
Meanwhile senior Congress leader and Union Health
Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad will be visiting Hyderabad today in the
wake of the twin blasts there .
Azad is the AICC general secretary in-charge for Andhra Pradesh.
Congress President Sonia Gandhi had yesterday expressed anguish
and sorrow over the blasts. (AGENCIES)
