JAMMU, Sept 4: Dilip Kumar Pandita a socio-political activist and Chairman Terrorism Victims’ Front has demanded immediate halting the punching of NAFSA Forms for Kashmiri migrants.
In a statement issued here, today he urged the authorities to ensure that the Valley based residential address be included in the database and re-start the process only after safeguarding the migration status of Kashmiri Pandits.
Expressing his serious concern over the manner in which the NAFSA forms purchasing exercise is being carried out in zone offices of migrant camps, he said the original residential address of Kashmiri migrants in Valley are missing from data base instead the Aadhaar linked address are being shown as present and permanent address while the permanent address of every Kashmir migrant is that of Valley.
He termed it a deliberate omission which is nothing except an attempt to erase the migration status of the community.
