RAJOURI, Feb 27: In a significant action against anti-national elements, Police Station Manjakote has attached immovable property belonging to a JKNOP associate (J&K national operating from Pakistan) and proclaimed offender in village Kakoora, Tehsil Manjakote.
The attached property comprises 01 Kanal and 13 Marla and 03 Sarsai land share belonging to proclaimed offender Mohd Sarfaraz, son of Mohd Hussain, resident of Kakoora, Tehsil Manjakote, District Rajouri. The property is situated at village Kakoora. The action has been taken in accordance with due legal process as part of ongoing efforts to curb unlawful and anti-national activities in the district.
A police team from Police Station Manjakote, led by SHO Manjakote Imran Khan, under the supervision of SDPO Manjakote Shahid Nahiem, and in the presence of the Naib Tehsildar Manjakote, executed the attachment proceedings after obtaining an order from the Sessions Court Rajouri under Section 88 CrPC (J&K), corresponding to Section 85 of the BNSS.
