REASI, Mar 3: Police smashed an illicit liquor still, being run in a house at Nalla Panassa, Thakrakote, under the jurisdiction of Arnas Police Station and arrested three accused in this connection.
Acting on a specific information, a Police party from Police Station Arnas raided the spot and caught the culprits Rakesh Singh son of Shiv Dass of Panassa, Rashpaul Singh son of Baldev Singh of Panassa and Puran Singh son of Fateh Singh of Baldanoo red handed while preparing illicit liquor.
One litre illicit liquor was seized from the spot and still was smashed. The accused were arrested and a case FIR number 16/2020 under Excise Act was registered in this connection.
